CAAC permits an infant passenger's liquid dairy products needed during air travel after security confirmation, and separately permits necessary liquid medicines for passengers with diabetes or other illnesses after security confirmation. Those security exceptions do not decide Customs entry, checked-baggage acceptance, every airline's conditions, or a later China domestic connection.
