ChinaTripKit is an information site, not a travel agent, visa service, payment support desk, or emergency line. We cannot book tickets, resolve wallet or bank issues, intervene with immigration, or give case-specific advice.
Emergencies and urgent decisions
In an emergency in mainland China, dial 110 for police, 120 for an ambulance, or 119 for fire. For visa, immigration, or consular matters, contact your embassy or consulate, your airline, and the relevant Chinese authority directly. Do not wait for an email reply.
